1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any product operated by Ausum Lifestyle (“we”, “us”, “our”) — including OMore.app, Drop A Posty, and Biz.OMore — you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf before you use our products.
2. Who Can Use Our Products
Our products are open to users of all ages. However:
- Users under 13 require verifiable parental or guardian consent before providing any personal information (COPPA, US)
- Users under 18 require parental consent for data processing (DPDP, India)
- Teacher classroom accounts and certain features require users to be 13 or older
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use and may contact us at hello@ausum.app to request account deletion at any time
3. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
You may use a username in place of your real name. You are not required to provide your email address to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use our products to:
- Create and send digital postcards (Drop A Posty)
- Build business plans, pitches, and entrepreneur projects (Biz.OMore)
- Participate in classroom activities where applicable
- Explore and use AI-assisted creative tools for your own creative work
You agree to use our products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use our products to:
- Post, share, or create content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene, or sexually explicit
- Harass, bully, or intimidate any person
- Share another person’s private information without their consent
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users’ accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with our products without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of our products
- Use our products for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any safety, security, or moderation features
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
6. User-Generated Content
You own the content you create using our products (postcards, messages, business plans, etc.). By creating content and using our sharing features, you grant Ausum Lifestyle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
We do not use your content for advertising purposes, and we do not sell it to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you create does not violate these terms, infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, or breach any applicable law.
7. AI Features
Our products include AI-powered tools designed to guide and encourage creativity. Our AI acts as a thinking partner — it asks questions, offers prompts, and gives feedback. It does not produce finished work on your behalf.
AI-generated suggestions are provided for creative guidance only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are solely responsible for any content you choose to publish or share.
8. Content Moderation
We moderate user-generated content to maintain a safe environment for young users. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or refuse to display any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or our community standards — without prior notice.
Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination. We are not obligated to monitor all content and cannot guarantee that every piece of content complies with these terms at all times.
9. Our Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, technology, and other materials underlying our products are owned by Ausum Lifestyle or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any part of our products without our prior written consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice. We may also discontinue or modify our products at any time.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us at hello@ausum.app. On termination, your right to use our products ends immediately. Data deletion following account closure is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Our products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
AI-generated content is provided for creative guidance only and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, medical, or any other form of regulated advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ausum Lifestyle and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 500.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our products or via the contact information associated with your account. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when these terms were last revised. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
